- Take Yields to the Max: The NutriMax liquid fertilizer applicator was purpose-built for high-performing farm operations that are looking to maximize crop yield. The heavy-duty coulter design, custom molded tank on models 2600, 1800 and 1400, toolbar widths from 90’ down to 30’.
- Custom-Built Design: Models 2600, 1800 and 1400 feature an exclusive, custom-molded gray-colored poly tank that holds 2,600, 1,800 and 1,400 gallons of fertilizer respectively, which means you can cover more acres with fewer stops to fill.
- A Stainless-Steel Baffle Inside the Tank Stabilizes the Load in the Field or When Going Down the Road by Limiting the Liquid From Sloshing Back-And-Forth When Slowing Down or Speeding Up.: The containment sump in the bottom of the tank functions like a sump-within-a-sump for holding the last 30-50 gallons of liquid on side-hills and inclines to maintain a primed pump.
- Convenience Is Key: The front and rear tank-volume indicators with a red ball float on models 2600, 1800, and 1400 permit easy viewing from the tractor cab and from the rear of the unit for quick and easy filling. Model 1000 features a side-mounted tank volume indicator. A 3" quick-fill with an on/off valve is located at the rear of the unit for faster filling and a quicker return to the field. Models 2600, 1800, and 1400 feature standard tank agitation with a manual on/off valve located at the rear of the unit. A 9-gallon clean-water tank is equipped with an eye-wash tube and water spout for quick response.
- Transportation Innovation: The NutriMax liquid fertilizer applicator features an innovative, patented fold design on 60’ and larger toolbars to achieve a narrow transport width for easy movement from field-to-field. Models 2600 and 1800 feature a 14’9" transport width with a 60’ toolbar.

Many NutriMax liquid fertilizer applicators feature toolbars with dual-width application versatility. The coulters on the center toolbar section feature 18" of ground clearance on models 2600 and 1800.
- Unmatched Field Performance: 36" of toolbar operating clearance allows you to apply at later growth stages when it is needed most by the plant. Hydraulic down pressure on models 2600, 1800, and 1400 provides active toolbar downforce to keep the coulters in the ground for consistent penetration. Parallel linkages on models 2600 and 1800 enhance the down pressure on the coulters for consistent fertilizer positioning in the row.
- Wing Tilt: The hydraulic wing tilt feature on models 2600, 1800, and 1400 automatically raises the wings 15° when raising the toolbar on end rows for minimizing crop damage while turning. Four tool-free adjustable toolbar gauge wheels on models 2600 and 1800.
- Construction: All models feature standard wing flex that allows the wings to move 15° above and 10° below horizontal on models 2600, 1800, and 1400. Models 2600 and 1800 feature a toolbar constructed of dual, 5"x 7" tubing on the center section and mid-wings and a single 6"x 6" tube on the outer wing. The toolbar and frame are finished in your choice of a high-quality red or green finish that resists corrosion.
- Durability Is Standard:: The NutriMax liquid applicator features the heaviest coulter system in the industry that is built to stand up to the toughest ground conditions. With innovative options like the Double Coulter and Dual Delivery application systems, along with the standard single coulter system, you can tailor the NutriMax liquid applicator to fit your fertilizer program.
- Single Coulter System:: Square-tube coulter posts mounted to the toolbar with cast iron clamps and straight bolts ensure that the coulter stays straight and the mounting posts won’t twist in tough conditions. The 20" diameter coulter blades feature six-bolt coulter hubs for extended life with 1,500 lbs. of down pressure for consistent soil penetration regardless of soil density. Choose from straight or wavy coulter blades that can swivel up to 15° in each direction for 30° of total travel which accurately follows the terrain. The greaseable pivot point for the swivel ensures you can purge out corrosive fertilizer for greater longevity. Choose a high-pressure injection nozzle or injection knife that is mounted on a heavy-duty, 1" thick mounting arm for consistent and long-term on-target application.
- Double Coulter System:: This system features the same heavy-duty components as the Single-Coulter system, but utilizes 2 coulters that are offset 10" apart between each row. The nozzles inject fertilizer 5" closer to each row which is 33% closer than a single-coulter system! Studies have shown that injecting nitrogen closer to the plant root equates to increased yield and better uptake.
- Dual Delivery System:: This innovative application system combines a Single-Coulter down the center of each row with two trailing hoses, one mounted on each side of the coulter. This allows the operator to inject nitrogen into the soil down the middle of the row and apply it on top of the soil right next to the plant root. A selector valve allows the user to apply with both the coulter and hoses at the same time or just one system or the other depending on preference. The u-shaped steel coulter mounting bracket positions each tube outward for consistent application at the plant's base for optimum nitrogen uptake when moisture is available. - Plumbing & Pumps:: The standard hydraulic pump features pulse-width modulation that won’t overspeed the hydraulic motor, provides instant swath control response and only runs to meet the output demand which maximizes pump life. Models 2600 and 1800 feature an Ace 750 PWM pump with run-dry technology. Electric Flo-Bak® ball valves are mounted on the toolbar for a faster response time and fertilizer savings on each shut-off. The Flo-Bak ball valve system immediately turns off the plumbing to each row and returns the remaining liquid in the plumbing lines back to the tank. For application versatility and applying fertilizer only where it’s needed, 6-section plumbing is standard on 80' and larger toolbars, 5-section plumbing on 66’ to 40’ toolbars, and 3-section plumbing on 30’ toolbars. The standard flow ball indicator system mounted at the front of the applicator allows the operator to easily monitor the flow to each row. - Equalizer Tracks: Available on models 2600 and 1800 with an adjustable axle from 88" to 144" centers. The 16"-wide rubber track belt with an exclusive, patent-pending camber design pivots from side-to-side and front-to-rear for maintaining uniform ground contact in uneven terrain. The shallow-tread design on the track belt allows for a greater footprint for increased flotation and easier turning. Self-cleaning rubber-coated mid-rollers and end-wheels on the track maximize in-field performance while the standard fenders provide added protection during transport.
- Inductor System: The optional 15-gallon inductor system allows the operator to easily add micronutrients from ground level and includes agitation to keep the fertilizer in proper suspension while applying.
- Steerable Hitch: The innovative steerable hitch option provides added steering control for only one set of tracks on end rows to minimize crop damage. The steerable hitch is controlled through the tractor’s virtual terminal screen and features an automatic setting for following the tractor on turns without user involvement or a manual setting where the operator can adjust the steering on side hills.
- Closing Wheel System: The optional closing wheel package helps fill the slot created by the coulter with soil to prevent fertilizer loss.
